The Reservation Contract

The contract is made between Fine Art Reproductions SL and the person making the booking, who, in the case of a booking for more than one person, also represents all other members of the same party and will be the person responsible for full payment of the booking. We will only communicate with this person in regard to the booking unless we receive notification to the contrary in writing from that person.

The Booking Process

Upon receipt of the Booking Request Form, we will telephone you to obtain your full details and those of your credit card

Photographic Course

• To confirm your booking we will debit your credit card with 50% of the cost of the course.

• The remaining 50% will be debited to your credit the first day of the course.

Accommodation

• In order for us to make the reservation on your behalf we will send your details, including your credit card number, to the accommodation of your choice and once we have received their confirmation, we will e-mail/post to you the booking confirmation form for both the course and the accommodation.

• The contract will be deemed to be in force and the terms and conditions of the contract shall apply henceforth.

Cancellation Terms

Should you wish to cancel your reservation, written notification must be sent to us by the person who made the booking and the following cancellation charges will apply:

Photographic Course:

• More than 30 days notice: the 50% deposit already paid.
• Less than 30 days notice: the remaining 50% of the course cost will be debited to your credit card although you would, in some circumstances be able to make a claim for compensation against your holiday insurance cover.

Hotels and apartments:

• Please see accommodation brochure for their policy on cancellation

Liabilities

Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation would be payable for acts of force majeure (any act which is truly beyond the control of Fine Art Reproductions) i.e. acts of God, acts or threat of war, airport closure government action, strike, civil unrest, fire, flooding, failure of public utilities, building works, medical emergency, natural or nuclear disaster

Changes to itinerary

We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary at any time although we will always bear in mind the needs of the client where possible.

Booking Cancellation by Fine Art Reproductions SL

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Fine Art Reproductions SL, all monies paid thus far at the time of cancellation will be refunded. We will have no further liability beyond such a refund.

Risk:

All activities are undertaken at the risk of the Client. Fine Art Reproductions SL accepts no liability from acts or defaults of carriers or other organisations, their employees or agents nor will any liability arise whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, distress, disappointment or irregularity suffered by the Client unless that the same has been proved to have been caused by the negligence of Fine Art Reproductions SL. Luggage and personal effects are at the Client’s own risk.

Problems and Complaints

If you encounter a problem whilst in Sitges please contact one of our representatives immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

Should you wish to make a formal complaint after you return home then this must be in writing and sent by registered/recorded post to our registered office, C/Germans Maristes B6, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, España or by email to studio@sitgesphotograficstudio.com and within 15 days after the end of the course. Please note that we can only look into a complaint if the problem had been reported to one of our representatives at the time the problem occurred and completed a complaint form had been completed.

Jurisdiction

Fine Art Reproductions S.L is a Spanish registered company and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be dealt with in the Barcelona courts.

Website Accuracy

All information on this site is to the best of our knowledge up-to-date and correct. However we cannot take responsibility should any facility/service advertised on this site be withdrawn by the accommodation/service provider as this is not within our control.
